Our Video Tellers are very similar to ATMs, but they provide you with access to connect with one of our live tellers. With our Video Tellers, you can complete your day-to-day teller transactions during extended hours without leaving the comfort of your vehicle!
Video Tellers also operate as ATMs 24/7. Simply insert your debit card and begin your ATM transaction.

What is the difference between a Video Teller and an ATM?
An ATM allows you to complete basic banking transactions such as withdrawing cash, making deposits, checking your balance, and transferring money between accounts. It is available 24/7.
A Video Teller has the functionality of an ATM with additional transaction capabilities. Video Tellers allow customers to see and speak with a teller located from a remote location. They have extended hours but are not available 24/7.
How do I use a Video Teller?

The ATM function of the Video Teller is available outside of our Video Teller hours for you to be able to make a deposit, withdrawal cash, and more.
