TWO RIVERS BANK & TRUST’S RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS

We understand that the Coronavirus, known as COVID-19, continues to cause questions in our community, our state, and the world. As your bank, we are operating in a state of preparedness and continue to work closely with the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients.

Two Rivers Bank & Trust is taking the additional following measures:

  • Each of our branch locations have the necessary supplies to keep our work areas clean and disinfected.
  • Two Rivers Bank & Trust has disaster recovery plans in place for these situations and we are following the procedures. Critical systems and staff that are essential to our day-to-day operations are setup to operate remotely and securely.
  • We are asking employees that if they, or an immediate household member, receives direct notice from the CDC regarding exposure, to contact HR as soon as possible so that we may take any precautions needed.
  • Staff have been notified that if they have participated in high risk travel activities in the last week or are scheduled for high risk travel to report this travel to Human Resources staff to work through precautions needed.
  • Planned staff business travel to non-essential conferences or meetings has been cancelled.

As a reminder, we have convenient services that allow you to access your Two Rivers Bank & Trust accounts 24/7 with Online Banking or our Mobile App. For more information, visit https://www.tworivers.bank/personal-banking/convenience-services-2/

Please know that we continue to monitor the situation daily so that we can be quick in our response.  Rest assured, our goal is to keep everyone as safe as we can.
