Position Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a customer support specialist for our Burlington, Iowa location. The customer support specialist will be responsible for assisting in duties related to the daily operations of the bank, including performing in a call-center environment for internal and external customers, answering procedural and process questions and assistance with customer accounts.

Qualifications:

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and well-developed analysis and analytical skills
• Advanced PC skills with experience in MS Office products including Word and Excel
• Minimum of 2 years retail or operations experience within a financial institution is preferred

Operations and Information Security Assistant

Position Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a newly created position that will perform administrative, clerical and project support for the operations department. Primary duties include assisting with collection and maintenance of security metrics, analyzing and drafting related policies and procedures, and serving as the secondary contact/liaison between departments, end users and the vice president of operations/information security officer.

Qualifications:

Security and compliance experience preferred but not required
• IT and IS risk management experience is helpful
• Skilled with general PC and Peripherals
• Advanced PC applications skills including MS Office Suite
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Advanced education in information technology and security preferred. (Equivalent related experience, training and education will be considered)
• Prior banking experience preferred but not required
• Experience with highly confidential duties/information and ability to maintain confidentiality

We are currently recruiting for a credit analyst for our Coralville, Iowa or Des Moines, Iowa location. The credit analyst conducts analyses including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information on existing and prospective customers and portfolios. Other duties include the review and monitoring of files for documentation and to maximize credit quality and minimize risk and potential loss, and preparation/presentation of credit report to loan officers and committees for lending consideration.

Qualifications:

Prior credit administration, accounting, finance, and risk analysis experience
• College degree in business or related field is preferred, or a combination of education and experience will be considered

The senior vice president for the information technology department will be responsible for; the overall management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, ensuring adequate policies/processes/controls exist to detect system vulnerabilities and mitigate security threats, and providing for effective and efficient direct end-user support for all information technology and communications systems. 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success working across organizational units to achieve goals.
  • Proven ability to deliver products and services while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Experience leading teams that deliver mission-critical services.
  • Skilled in project management, IT software/hardware integrations and collaboration/coordination with regulators, consultants and vendors.
  • Proactive research of industry trends and identification of new/better methods and technologies to increase department efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Broad knowledge in IT concepts and functions to include, but not limited to; network/firewall administration, advanced security protocols, hardware/software diagnostics, data backup and recovery.
  • Advanced education in information technology or computer science. (10 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.)
  • IT management experience within the financial services industry is preferred.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Investment Manager and other team members. This position handles incoming calls and greets walk-in guests and customers.
