What year did you begin your career at Two Rivers Bank & Trust?
Can you please explain your current role?
I manage the general daily operations, and staff development and training for the retail banking branches in all TRBT markets. I provide guidance and direction to drive growth and profitability in our retail banking branches. I also provide leadership for our marketing and Good Neighbors Club programs.
Leading up to your current job, what other experience do you have related to the banking industry?
I’ve been in the banking industry since 1998. I started my career as a Financial Service Representative processing teller transactions and opening accounts. Through the years I advanced in a management role which evolved to managing the operations (training and staff development, audit, compliance and daily processes) of several bank branch locations.
Do you have any special certificates / awards or designations?
I am a Greater Burlington Partnership 2014-2015 Leadership Graduate, and I received the company Doug Grinde Determination award in 2015 and 2016.
Please highlight your community involvement.
I am on the Greater Burlington Partnership Farmers Market Committee, I serve on the board and vision committee at church, and I’m an auditor for the Miss Burlington Pageant.
What do you enjoy most about your role at Two Rivers Bank & Trust?
I enjoy being a servant leader to staff and seeing them grow into their roles and excel in serving our customers.
What does being a good neighbor mean to you?
It means being there for someone, taking care of people, and serving their needs.
