What year did you begin your career at Two Rivers Bank & Trust? 


Can you please explain your current role?

I manage the day to day activities of the Retail Team at the Main St. location in Burlington. I also oversee the Retail Teams at our Roosevelt and West Burlington locations.

Leading up to your current job, what other experience do you have related to the banking industry?

I started my banking career in 2001. I worked for two banks in the Ottumwa area as well as a credit union. I was a Personal Banker at a bank in Ottumwa when my husband was relocated 9 years ago to Burlington and moved with that financial institution to their Burlington branch where I was the Teller Supervisor. I later moved to their downtown location as the Assistant Retail Manager until that location closed. I was a Personal Banker when I moved to Two Rivers Bank & Trust in January of 2013 as the Roosevelt Branch Manager.

Do you have any special certificates / awards or designations? 

I was the Main Street Iowa Volunteer of the Year 2015 and I received the 2016 Dr. Allgood Community Service Award.

Please highlight your community involvement.

I am involved with Junior Achievement, Friends of the Depot as project Treasurer, Everfi Financial Literacy – Notre Dame, Safe Trick or Treat volunteer, Safe Banking for Seniors, Lifestyle Expo, Girls Just Wanna Have Funds presenter, and a Shop with a Cop volunteer. I was a Greater Burlington Leadership 2013-2014 Graduate and a Greater Burlington Leadership Mentor 2014-2015.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Two Rivers Bank & Trust?

I enjoying working one on one with customers and helping them with their banking needs as well as helping my teams enjoy their positions and grow with Two Rivers. I have enjoyed being a part of the decisions to help Two Rivers become an even better place to bank and work.

What does being a good neighbor mean to you?

It means helping each other with excellent customer service, privacy, and respect, whether that is at the bank or while helping in our community.
