First, download the app. If you’re having trouble, come on in and we’ll help you install it. We’ll also walk you through the features and make sure you’re comfortable using it before you leave.
The features of the app are tailor-made for you, our neighbor! “It’s my banking on the go,” Meeker said. “I can view accounts, move money, and the best part, to me, is paying my bills with such ease and convenience. It’s absolutely fabulous!”
From the app, you can turn your debit card on and off in case it’s stolen or misplaced. We are committed to providing you the most secure and convenient banking possible.
“I’ve created alerts for myself and helped customers create alerts so every transaction is monitored,” Meeker explained. “I’ve also, unfortunately, misplaced my debit card for a time but I was able to turn off my card until I found it.”
You can easily view your debit card transactions and your account balance. You can even transfer money between Two Rivers’ accounts and deposit checks by simply taking a picture of them!
“I know my customers are busy people who, like all Iowans, love springtime!” Meeker said. “With the app, you don’t have to stop by the bank for every little thing if you’re on the go.”
